Very nostalgic, I love the references, having grown up with PS1 Horror games like Parasite Eve 2, Resident Evil 2 and 3, Dino Crisis 1 (or 2?) and so on. My only priority-feedback is what I said in-video, incase you don't watch, is the warning that you definitely should remove the Medpack Red Cross symbol, they get anal when anyone uses that symbol, best to replace it earlier than later.
This was really cool! Very tight controls, nice looking graphics, and an interesting snippet of a backstory. I enjoyed my time playing this! Great work!
This game was amazing. I love the classic 90's survival horror games. You did an incredible job and making this feel just like them. Cannot wait to see more of this!

Well, 1 day I'll learn]. As to the game itself, it is rich in detail, with nice sound effects that enhance the overall effects of tension. I'm looking forward to the real deal. Kudos to all involved.

-The game presents really well the concept and story, making it interesting to the player :D
-The gameplay mechanics get really well mixed with the vibes and references from the PS1era and some of it's more recognizeable games. I personally dont like a lot the "tank controls" but in this case they are well handled and the camera placements are good enough to work perfectly with them.
-Visually the game has a nice HIGHres PS1 style with some really nice touches to give the game it's own personality.

This is a really good game. It kinda makes me think that it's a cross between Metal Gear Solid and Parasite Eve. I would highly recommend working on the rest of the game and putting it out on steam as well. I know for sure I'll be keeping an eye out on this game.
You got it! The tank controls, the aesthetics, everything! It’s just sad that the demo is too short :) In some areas, you can see the meshes of the outside scenery, like near the ladder when finding the gun. But otherwise, it’s really cool!
First I love how good it looks and it definitely delivers a promising idea. The VA is...off. Hers is OK, sounds a lot like good old re, but his va is too terrible, a bit more expression would awesome.
Then one thing that didn't work for me was the camera when the mc was talking. As low polygon tends to not animate the face, I'd go for more general screens, showing like half her figure, instead of a first of her face. I think it would look great that way ^^

Absolutely loved all the vibes I got from this demo. I grew up on MGS and RE so I really felt the inspiration here. The scene towards the end felt like any character from MGS talking through the codec, and the start menu plus camera angles reminded me of resident evil a lot. I do appreciate being able to turn with the mouse and being able to skip the door opening scenes.
unreal for a ps1 game style. no.. use godot or unity my pc is a toaster. error DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the enguine. and if it is a ps1 game no need DX11 level 10 in my opinion

Visually it's clearly the best looking game among the projects for the Summer of Shivers. Just sad it doesn't have a proper ending like some of the other projects. Yet... Hopefully.
This turned out great! All of the visuals are top-notch. It's reminiscent of playing something like a community HD patch for a beloved retro game, now in high resolution with pretty new effects and textures but the same familiar gameplay. Highly recommended.
This Haunted PS1 game jam is showing a lot of cool projects. This one is absolutely amazing. Retro sweats a lot. Can't wait to play the full version of this. Congratulations on your game and keep it up!
